Starting this Wednesday, the agenda will open for vaccination with a third dose for adolescents aged 12 to 17 years, and the fourth dose for those over 50 years of age, informed the Undersecretary of Health, José Luis Satdjian, at a press conference.
In the case of adolescents, they must wait 120 days from the last vaccine to be inoculated with the booster dose, while those over 50 years of age have to wait 180 days between the third and fourth vaccines.
The undersecretary clarified that from now on the portfolio will not list the doses that are given to the population as “third, fourth or fifth doses”, but will call them all “booster doses”.
