But it was neither a record season nor an UNPRECEDENTED series. Bayern were unbeaten in 53 games between 2012 and 2014. So they were still a bit away from being unprecedented.

I think it will be a good season with 3-4 teams (BVB is a bit of a question mark for me) on the same level. It’s better than a boring, unprecedented record season like the Baxern had in 2013
The correct formulation would be: What is always so understated. A team other than Bayern is having an exceptional season where they don’t lose a game and win almost everything (except the EL, although they were in the final there too) and you write word for word: “no, Bayern, they were much cooler back then. That was a cool season, nothing else.” Or better yet, throw others in the mix: “wow, Barca were really cool back then.”
Yeah, because those are teams from which you see such a series and incredible season much more often than from teams like Leverkusen…where the probability is less than 2% that something like that will ever happen.
I really can’t stand hearing how everything is being played down. On the one hand, people want to see a team other than Bayern at the top, but after just one year they don’t care about Leverkusen at the top. They’re so stupid, they’re always just lucky, this season was just lucky, Bayern were much cooler back then, blah blah.
So stupidly simple 
Then stick with 50 years of Bavarian championships, but please stop crying that it’s boring.
This shows what kind of fans of success there are. They can’t stand it when someone else was better and maybe even breaks their records.
