The chambers of commerce and industry in Saxony want the retail trade to open from March 15th. Before the federal-state switch on Wednesday, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Chemnitz, Dresden and Leipzig asked Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer to work for a complete opening.
This is necessary in order to end competitive and location disadvantages, according to a statement from the Saxon chambers. Because in neighboring federal states there are now or soon easing for dealers.
The IHK has emphasized that the retail trade has a low risk of infection.
