Therefore, Pelindo III opens opportunities for employees to convey ideas for improvement through an innovation competition entitled Inno Reactivation 2.0.

Pelindo III Human Resources Director Edi Priyanto said the competition was intended to provide space for employees to contribute to the company’s development.

In total, continued Edi, Inno Reactivation 2.0 succeeded in capturing 192 innovative ideas for various aspects of business in the company environment. In the previous edition, this competition included 106 innovations.

“Every year, the number of innovations is increasing. This shows that employees have a concern for advancing the company. This spirit of creativity drives us to hold innovation competitions every year, ”said Edi in a written statement received by Kompas.com, Tuesday (23/3/2021).
