According to reports, Hyunbin signed a contract for the sale of a villa in June last year, and recently transferred ownership and moved. The villa purchased by Hyunbin is a penthouse used by one household on the fourth floor, and the exclusive area is known to be 242.45m2 (approximately 73 pyeong). The trading price is a whopping 4.8 billion won.
Achiwool Village in Guri, where Hyunbin moved, is known as an area where many celebrities and artists reside, while being adjacent to Seoul, yet being nature-friendly. Singer Park Jin-young and actor Oh Yeon-seo also live in the same area. However, the marriage rumors of the two were confirmed as an incident. Hyun Bin’s agency drew a line saying, “The villa was not purchased as a newlywed house, and the rumors of marriage with Son Ye-jin are not true.”
Meanwhile, Hyun-bin and Son Ye-jin admitted that they were dating in January.
