A new classic podium is being created on the green area of ​​the former Semmelweis Clinic in Währing: from July 3, they will be there under the name Amadeus Festival Vienna On eight days, among other things, to experience opera mezzo Angelika Kirchschlager, the Janoska Ensemble, the musical comedians Igudesman & Yo and the violinist Yury Revich.

Comeback for cultural summer

Also the one founded in the previous year “Cultural summer” of the municipality of Vienna will take place again from July, and again with free admission. The concept remains the same: musicians, dance performers, writers, poets, cabaret artists and artists are to perform in front of a limited audience due to the corona at various locations in the city; the collaboration with the ImPulsTanz Festival will also be continued.
