Last week, Oosterweel construction company Lantis started pumping groundwater from the construction pit of the Scheldt tunnel to the Blokkersdijk nature reserve. It installed a water purification station on the site to remove PFAS from the water. Thanks to the collaboration, the water level in Blokkersdijk can be maintained and nature is given new opportunities.
