The reason behind the action is suggested to be the displeasure of the official leadership that A Group has arranged a headquarters for Tharoor in Kottayam. Oommen Chandy’s supporters have expressed their displeasure with the DCC’s leadership. The DCC’s explanation is that there is no need for controversy and only images of leaders participating in the program have been placed on the poster.
