For the fourth time, the fashion platform that seeks to project Mexican fashion internationally, OnxSet, will present more than 15 Latin American brands under the official agenda of New York Fashion Week in an exclusive event that will take place this 9 and September 10, at the iconic Rockefeller Center complex.
The platform will present an exclusive event this September 9 and 10 – Iann Dey
With established designers and firms from Mexico such as Alersundi, Benito Santos, Carlos Pineda, Five Sins, Iann Dey, Manuel Tiscareno, Paris Rodríguez and Bala Di Gala, the fashion organization seeks to present an exclusive space for national brands to have the opportunity to build connections with the public, media and professionals, as well as to produce alliances with buyers and global companies.
In this edition, the Mexican platform has created a strategic alliance with the fashion agency My Pipl Collective to present “Style And The City”, a day that will present 8 emerging designers from Latin America, with the participation of Mora Ruiz, Mackech, Kuu , Carolina Crowley, Vanessa Santaella, Carlos Sotomayor, Francisco Barri and Mala.
In an exclusive interview with FashionNetwork.com, Diva Lomas, co-founder of My Pipl Collective, highlighted that this edition has created the first collaborative exercise between OnxSet and the fashion agency with the aim of promoting talent in the region through each one of the entrepreneurship stories of the eight Latino brands.
“‘Style and The City’ emerges as that bridge that emerging Latino design needed to give their work international visibility and what better way to do it on a platform like OnxSet, which has been representing great exponents of Mexican fashion in the world for 4 consecutive years “said the entrepreneur and fashion creative.
Founded in 2019 by fashion entrepreneur Dennise Carranza, OnxSet has positioned itself as the first official Mexican fashion platform that is part of the official calendar of New York Fashion Week, which this season is held from September 8 to 13.
“Continuous improvement is the main pillar of our objectives. Our driving force to persist with OnxSet stems from our desire to surprise our designers with a positive and comprehensive experience,” Carranza said.
