The Budget Committee of Congress passed the bill so that affiliates under 55 years request their withdrawal of contributions to the ONP even for 4300 soles. The money would be delivered only once in 2 navies within 30 and 60 business days.
It only remains for the measure to be approved in plenary for it to become law.
Within this proposal it is also contemplated that the contributors 55 years or older, than have not turned 20 of contributions, ask for the return of 95.5% of the accumulated contributions. The remaining percentage will be transferred to Essalud to guarantee care.

Similarly, those of the ONP than have passed to the Private Pension System, may withdraw their contributions through a recognition bonus that will be transferred to their AFP, or in the same way, request 95.5% of the total contributions.
According to the economist Jorge González Izquierdo, some 576,000 members of the ONP will be affected. “It is like a dying man asking you to donate blood and you make him a corpse,” he said.
He mentioned that due to the structure of the ONP resources are not allowed for returns. “The government is going to have to intervene and in the end who ends up paying the withdrawals we are going to be the people who pay their taxes,” he said.
The opinion was unanimously approved and according to the commission, the respective technical analyzes were followed. Now it only remains for the Plenary to give its last word.
