Official Minister Takhov specified that there are major inaccuracies made by the manufacturers themselves in the application and application under the NIP eco scheme. “In cases where there are administrative errors, they will be corrected. If there are other errors, fixes are not guaranteed,” he said. And he added that, in addition to the NIP scheme, many objections were also submitted to the scheme for preserving and restoring the soil potential.

Desislava Taneva proposed to the minister that an administrative mechanism be created in order to apply the eco-schemes fairly.

The Minister retorted that when an invoice is presented to the fund that contains a pesticide from the first prohibited group, regardless of whether this chemical is applied to other plots of the farmer with which he did not apply under the NIP, then the fault lies with the producer, who did not comply with the requirements of the eco scheme.
