PT Unilever Indonesia (Lost) Tbk announced the resignation of the board of directors. Unilever director and corporate secretary Reski Damayanti has resigned from his position.
According to the information contained in the IDX disclosure, Reski’s resignation is effective from October 31, 2022. Meanwhile, the letter of resignation addressed to the CEO of OJK Capital Market Supervision is dated October 4, 2022.
“The resignation of Ms. Reski Damayanti from the position of Director of the Company is effective from October 31, 2022, for personal reasons”, reads a statement in the information, quoted on Wednesday (10/5/2022).

The company says these resignations will have no impact on the company’s performance.
“There is no significant impact on the Company’s operational, legal, financial or going concern status,” the statement added.
The letter was signed directly by Reski Damayanti. Reski was appointed director of the UNVR coded broadcaster on 25 November 2020.
