Online Mortgage Specialist (f / m)
Your tasks
- Careful analysis of mortgage inquiries and customer needs
- Advising and looking after customers from the first conversation to the conclusion of the mortgage
- Creation of financing proposals with our digital advice tool
- Efficient credit checking and loan processing of online mortgage transactions
- Cross selling and customer development
- Possible additional tasks if interested: Video advice on mortgages and / or investing / provision; Implementation of market cultivation measures by telephone; Active participation in skills development in the advice center
Our requirements
- You are familiar with mortgages and have experience in advising clients.
- You have successfully completed a bank apprenticeship or higher education.
- You like to take on responsibility and work in a conclusion and goal-oriented manner.
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- You have a high customer orientation and live the service excellence awareness.
- You work precisely, quickly and independently.
