Delegates with a casting vote at the conference are the president of CSLH (1), vice-presidents of CSLH (3), chairman of the supervisory board of CSLH (1), representatives of the Tipsport extra league (14), representatives of the Chance League (14), representatives of II. League of the Czech Republic (14), representatives of regional executive committees of CSLH (14) and representatives of the Women’s League (1). Due to the fact that President Král and one of the vice-presidents of ČSLH Libor Zábranský resigned, their successor is entitled to elect 60 delegates.

In the event that none of the candidates receives an absolute majority of votes in the first round of elections, the next round follows, in which the two with the highest support advance.

Following the election of the President, the Executive Committee has also decided that the conference will also elect successors for members whose term of office ends prematurely, although according to the statutes it may replace up to four of them by co-optation.

In addition to the King, Libor Zábranský previously resigned as a member of the executive committee (he headed to the senior national team as an assistant coach), another position would become vacant if Bedřich Ščerban or Jiří Šlégr, ie current members of the executive committee, became the new head of the union. Otakar Černý, Ctibor Jech and Aleš Kmoníček are running for the vacant positions of the members of the executive committee. The head of Pardubice, Petr Dědek, withdrew his candidacy two days before the conference.

The candidate who receives the most votes in one election round and the candidate or candidates who place behind him for any other vacancies shall be elected.

According to the draft election rules, the election of the president and members of the CSLH executive committee is secret. In order to unify the term of office of the President and the Executive Committee, it will be proposed at the same time that the President and the new member or members of the Committee be elected as well as the current leadership with a mandate until the regular election conference in 2024.
