The OnePlus brand is perceived primarily as a manufacturer of smartphones, to which it also sells small accessories – packaging, chargers or headphones. But now, in OnePlus, they are probably about to enter the hitherto unexplored waters, which Apple is steadfastly ruling.
OnePlus is preparing its first tablet
The European Patent Office (EUIPO) has registered the registration of a new trademark, OnePlus Pad, which indicates that the Chinese manufacturer is preparing its very first tablet. Unfortunately, we do not have a description yet, so we will have to wait a while for details.
The OnePlus brand is currently in the process of merging with the “parent” company Oppo, especially in the field of software, but the OxygenOS system is to be retained. It is therefore likely that the future OnePlus tablet will run on this platform. OnePlus is not the only BBK Electronic conglomerate company to enter the tablet industry; the future tablet has already been confirmed by the company Realme, the Vivo brand also filed the Vivo Pad trademark.
