The OnePlus Ace 3 is set to launch in China on January 4, while in global markets the same phone will be received under the name OnePlus 12R, which launched on January 23. Now, OnePlus has started releasing it. This smartphone has already been released in China. The phone’s design and new Sand Gold color option have been revealed.

And although OnePlus Global has not announced anything yet. But reliable source Ishan Agarwal has revealed the color options for the global version of OnePlus 12R. The source has shared official promotional images of the OnePlus 12R in classic blue and black shades as shown in the picture.
In terms of design, the OnePlus 12R looks almost identical to the Chinese model. Including the specifications and features, they tend to follow that as well.
So, we can probably expect the OnePlus 12R to come with a 6.78-inch curved OLED display with 1.5K resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate that supports LTPO 4.0 technology and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection to protect against scratches.
The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip paired with 8 GB / 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 128 GB (UFS 3.1) / 256 GB (UFS 4.0) storage options.
As for the cameras, the OnePlus 12R is expected to come with a triple camera setup led by a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor with OIS support, working with an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro lens. The front camera will come at a 16MP for selfies.
Finally, the OnePlus 12R is expected to come with a 5,500mAh battery and support 100W charging.
