The 10T does not have this button, because otherwise the phone would become too thick, according to Liu. Space had to be made for the motherboard and battery. That’s why the silence button has been removed, says Liu. The button would occupy 30 square millimeters on the inside of the device.

In addition, the Hasselblad cameras are missing from the 10T. According to Liu, OnePlus has chosen this because the company wants to “offer the phone in a certain price range”.

The 10T does get a 50 megapixel standard camera from Sony. Furthermore, the phone has a screen diagonal of 6.7 inches. The refresh rate and resolution of the screen are not yet known.

The OnePlus 10T will be released on August 3. Then more technical details will become available and the price will also be announced.
