Anne-Sophie Beck, Paco Morales, Mohamad Gorse, Tetsuya Wakuda, duo Bo Lan and Dabes Muñoz prepare to join Kerzner’s dynamic portfolio of Michelin-starred chefs through One Za’abeel.

Kerzner International collaborates with celebrity chefs and Michelin Award winners in its global range of luxury resorts, and has long been recognized as a creative pioneer in the culinary world. Kerzner has already revolutionized Dubai’s dining scene with the opening of the Royal Atlantis Hotel, and is raising the curtain on Dubai’s newest and boldest dining destination, One Za’abeel.

The Link is a landmark that sits between the One Zabeel Towers and is considered the largest suspended horizontal building in the world. It will also bring together a group of world-renowned chefs to bring together 11 exceptional culinary concepts under one roof.

These concepts include a French haute couture experience at La Dame du Pic under the direction of Anne-Sophie Pic, the world’s most Michelin-starred chef. On the other hand, Cabo Restaurant, by Chef Paco Morales, celebrates the ancient history of Cordoba in the culinary world and will present contemporary dishes inspired by Moroccan cuisine. Chef Paco Morales, who has two Michelin stars, is known for bringing a distinctive twist to Andalusian dishes. Chef Tetsuwa Wakuda’s Sagetsu takes traditional and contemporary Japanese dishes to new heights. The three-star Michelin chef blends classic French techniques with Japanese philosophy of infusing natural, seasonal flavors into sumptuous dishes. Moreover, Bo Lan duo (Bo Songvizava and Dylan Jones) bring the latest Thai experiences to Bangkok. Their Michelin-starred restaurant, Bo Lan, has been ranked among the 50 best restaurants in Asia and is known for its commitment to sustainability principles.

Arazona Restaurant will also serve Mohamed Ghorse, the most vibrant dishes in the kitchens of the Levant and the Arabian Peninsula, between the space of a food court and the luxurious market, to include eight open kitchens and a store for the finest products. Michelin-starred Chef Mehmet Gürs is known for creating innovative dishes inspired by Anatolian cuisine. As for the international popular food destination, Street XO, by Chef Dabbies Muñoz, it provides a unique concept that offers fine dishes in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Three-Michelin-starred Chef Muñoz is one of Madrid’s most distinguished chefs, drawing inspiration from around the world. He also won the title of Best Chef in the World for the past two years.

Certainly, the local concepts that bear the signature of the One&Only brand remain at the forefront for One Zabeel, as the Safir at The Link lounge will elevate the city’s nightlife atmosphere. This elegant destination will offer captivating panoramic views, innovative cocktails, sommelier-chosen grapes, and fun entertainment programmes. In contrast, the Tabasaki Lounge will perch on the rooftop of The Link building and give guests access to the UAE’s longest infinity-edge pool and cozy cabanas. This captivating destination will offer a selection of contemporary Japanese and Peruvian dishes and delicious cocktails for guests to enjoy while enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the Dubai skyline. Among the gardens on the fourth floor, Andaliman Restaurant will celebrate the most delicious flavors of the Indonesian archipelago in a wonderful interactive atmosphere.

On this occasion, Philip Zuber, CEO of Kerzner International, said: “Kerzner continues to break barriers in the hospitality sector by setting new standards in architecture and culinary excellence. As we unveil an iconic landmark, we are introducing an unprecedented concept in the field of lounges and restaurants among the rehab of The Link, where we will bring together a group of the most prominent chefs with Michelin stars under one roof.

Providing opportunities for emerging talents through a range of programs and platforms is one of the main objectives within the company’s strategy to support the new generation of innovators.
