After barely celebrating his first candle, Archie, the son of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, has just launched his very first lawsuit against paparazzi.
The toddler is obviously not the source of the complaint. The latter was in fact deposited by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who however designated their son as decision-maker.
Officially, it is therefore the young Archie himself who attacks the American photo agency Slash for “alleged violation of privacy”, arguing, according to the documents of the complaint, that his “private information” was “misused ” He notably criticizes the photographers for stealing pictures taken during a walk in Canada at the beginning of the year.
