According to the final results, the coalition won 7972 votes. She needed 7973 votes to enter the council.

According to data from the Czech Statistical Office (CSO) on the Volby.cz server, election commissions in this region considered a total of 1,875 votes invalid. The coalition therefore hopes that in at least one case the commissions were wrong.

“One single missing vote is unparalleled in electoral history. During a detailed acquaintance with the partial results of the elections, many discrepancies are found, which we consider necessary to clarify with such a close result, ”said Jiří Blažek, Chairman of the Regional TOP 09
–
According to Blažek, it is not possible to allow a possible small mistake of an individual to fundamentally affect the election result.

A similar case occurred three years ago during the elections to the Chamber of Deputies. Upon examination, it was found that the commissions had made errors in counting the preferential votes. Additionally, the mayor of Líbeznice, Martin Kupka, replaced the ODS in the Central Bohemian Region in place of the former governor Petr Bendl.
–
At that time, the votes were recalculated in more than 900 constituencies, ie in the middle of the Central Bohemian Region. Kupka’s name was on the other side of the ballot at the time, so a number of election commissions did not notice it.
–
In the regional elections held on 2 and 3 October, seven parties or groups succeeded in the Vysočina region. The coalition was preliminarily agreed upon by five groups outside the KSČM and the ANO movement, which won the election.
