One UI 4.1 updates continue, a bunch of Samsung phones will receive the new software

Samsung introduced the One UI 4.0 interface with Android 12 last year, but the Galaxy S22 mobiles, which debuted in February, have already received a newer version called One UI 4.1. Fortunately, the manufacturer is taking updates pretty seriously lately, and a stack of devices have already received the current system.

One UI 4.1 was the first to be received by the previous generation top models, and they’ve been through it all the way, with updates all the way back to the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 mobiles in some regions. They did the same with the bendable models, with all the Flip and Fold coming out with the latest system.

There has been quite a lot of mid-range phones in recent weeks, with one UI 4.1 available for all versions of the Galaxy S20 FE, and some newer Galaxy A series phones, such as the Galaxy A52 5G, A52s 5G and A71 5G.

It is important to note that the exact time of the update may vary by region and may vary by service provider, so there may be differences of several weeks. If you have not yet received the new interface, do not despair, wait patiently.

Unsurprisingly, One UI 4.1 is very similar to One UI 4.0, the interface and features are largely the same, but there are some innovations and a number of bug fixes from Samsung. So anyone who may not have been so happy with the original Android 12 (One UI 4.0) update can rightly trust that the current version will be better.

Innovations in One UI 4.1 include a dedicated factory Calendar app, an updated Gallery app, and a revamped RAM Plus feature that lets you choose how much virtual memory to turn on at the expense of internal storage. Previously, only a fixed 4 GB could be used, but now it is possible to set 2, 4, 6 or even 8 GB. There are also new smart widgets, and the Note models have been expanded with Note Pen models. (Exact innovations and options may vary by device.)

Have you ever received One UI 4.1? If so, are you happy with it?
