– We received a message from AMK at 21.15. The episode will be connected to an apartment, or an upstairs, says police operations manager Rune Hekkelstrand to NTB.
The police and several ambulances are now present in Trondheimsveien on Sofienberg just north of central Oslo.
The extent of the damage to the person who was taken to hospital is unclear. The police are now working to talk to several people on the spot and clarify what has happened.
