One Square Advisory Services S.à.rl: Euroboden GmbH – One Square Advisory Services S.à.rl elected as joint representative of Euroboden GmbH bonds 19/24 and 20/25 | Corporate

Geneva, November 28, 2023 – The Munich District Court opened insolvency proceedings over the assets of Euroboden GmbH on October 30, 2023 and appointed lawyer Oliver Schartl, partner of the law firm Müller-Heydenreich Bierbach & Colleagues, as insolvency administrator. Also by order of October 30, 2023, the district court invited bondholders’ meetings for both bonds on November 27, 2023.

At the beginning of the preliminary insolvency proceedings, the insolvency court had appointed One Square as a member of the preliminary creditors’ committee due to the broad support of the bondholders.

At yesterday’s meetings, the bondholders have now voted in both bonds issued by Euroboden GmbH, namely the 5.5% bond 2019/2024 (ISIN DE000A2YNXQ5 / WKN A2YNXQ) and the 5.5% bond 2020/2025 (ISIN DE000A289EM6 / WKN A289EM), One Square Advisory Services S.à.rl was elected by the majority as joint representative.

In the function of joint representative, One Square will register the claims of all bondholders in the sum plus accrued interest with the insolvency administration. Bondholders’ own individual claims are therefore not required and will be disputed by the insolvency administration. One Square will also represent the bondholders at the reporting date scheduled for January 29, 2024.
