The case is being updated.
The message that a person had been found in the harbor basin in the center of Bergen came to AMK at 10.54.
– It was a private person in a boat who reported to AMK. The person in question got the person up in the boat and transported the person ashore, says operations manager Steinar Hausvik.
Police, ambulance and air ambulance rushed to the scene.
Ambulance personnel worked with life-saving first aid. The extent of the damage is unknown.
The police currently have few details about the incident.

– The air ambulance has left the place. The police are continuing to investigate what has happened, says task leader Stian Myrseth.
– Do you suspect that something criminal may have happened?
– It is too early to say anything about. We are investigating the matter.
