SCOTTSDALE- A Phoenix woman was arrested for her alleged involvement in a January robbery in Scottsdale and for credit card fraud.
Earlier this month, Scottsdale police asked the public for help identifying two people they believed were involved in a robbery at a Scottsdale home on January 3. It was then that an elderly woman returned from church and found a woman inside her home who escaped with various household items, including credit cards.
After the robbery, investigators were able to obtain surveillance video of a man and a woman who were seen using credit cards at various stores in the valley, according to police.
Scottsdale Police said they are not looking for a suspect for this.
The Scottsdale Police Department confirmed that they arrested 38-year-old Phoenix resident Jackie Barnhart for theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
The second suspect remains at large and has not yet been identified. The police are still looking for a man with a white complexion, 20 to 30 years old, 5’9 to 6’1, with a heavy complexion, brown hair and numerous tattoos.
