One of the ten most wanted people in the Aibonito area —and against whom there are murder charges— was arrested today, Monday, in the state of Ohio, reported the Puerto Rico Police Bureau.
According to the authorities, Luis J. Diaz Rojas He would have used his vehicle on November 26, 2020 to cause the death of a man in Comerío.
For this case, The judge Jenny Malaveof the Court of Aibonito, issued an arrest warrant against him on October 21 with a bail of $200,000 for a charge of first degree murder.
On the other hand, Díaz Rojas would have caused physical harm to his partner in events that occurred on June 11 of last year in San Juan.
In this second case, the judge Marangel Colonof the Court of San Juan, found cause for charges of mistreatment by threat, set a bond of $100,000 and issued another arrest warrant.
In the next few days, the accused will be extradited from the state of Ohio to Puerto Rico to be prosecuted for said orders.
