Prof. Dr. Bozhidar Slavchev is dead, announced the press center of SBALAG “Casa Madre”. He was the head of the first gynecological clinic at the medical institute.

Prof. Dr. Slavchev is the professional who laid the foundations of modern oncology and gynecology in our country.

His name will be written in gold letters in the hospital’s history, as he trained dozens of doctors and saved thousands of lives, performed thousands of complex obstetric and gynecological operations, the hospital wrote.

The funeral will take place on Thursday at 13:00 in the Church of St. Sedmochislenitsi.
