According to Solano County Sheriff Tom Ferrari, the body of 32-year-old Priscila Castro was found at the alleged site of the fire.

A month after the incident, police arrested Victor Cerriteno. Law enforcers believe that he killed Castro and started a fire to cover it up.

As noted in the police, Castro and Cerriteno on August 16, 2020 (two days before the fire) went on a date together. After that, the woman was never seen again, her car was found abandoned. The woman has a nine-year-old daughter.
