One of the junctions at the M2 – Dunakanyar Section is partially closed

The Göd junction of the M2 motorway is partially closed. Between August 8 and 16, it will not be possible to drive on the expressway towards Budapest.

Due to road construction work, the Göd interchange on the M2 highway will be partially closed between Thursday and August 16, announced Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt.

As a result of the partial closure of the M2 junction in Göd, according to preliminary plans

between August 8 and 16, it will not be possible to drive on the expressway towards Budapest, and it will not be possible to drive down towards Göd from the direction of Vác.

During the closure, the M2 motorway can be accessed without obstacles from the city of Göd or from Göd from the Dunakeszi-Révdűlő rest area, Alagi with sign 25, and the Sződ junction, Szőliget with sign 34, they said.

It was also announced that during the ongoing construction work on the side road with the number 21107 (on Munkácsy Street in Göd) at the Göd interchange, traffic control with traffic lights and signal guards will be active from time to time. At the intersection, continue to drive off the M2 motorway from Budapest towards Göd, and drive on the M2 motorway from Göd towards Vác during the restriction period, they said.
