The artist, Salwa Al-Orabi, passed away from our world this evening, Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
The artist, Mounir Makram, a member of the Board of Directors of the Syndicate of Representative Professions, announced the news of the death, through his Facebook account, and mourned her, saying: “Permanence is for God … colleague Salwa Al-Orabi.”
The artist, Salwa Al-Orabi, participated in acting in approximately 28 artworks, including: The Devil’s Gardens series in 2006, the River, Crocodiles and Escape from the West series in 2009, Tales and we live in it, Captain Effat in 2010, and other works.
Her last artistic work was presented by the series “Tales and We Live in It: Captain Effat”, which was shown in 2010, starring Laila Elwi, Abed Fahd, Osama Mounir, Walid Fawaz, and a number of artists, and directed by Samih Al-Naqqash.
