Russian billionaire and Putin’s ally Alisher Usmanov has filed for divorce from rhythmic gymnastics coach Irina Wiener-Usmanova after 30 years of happy marriage. This is clear from a case filed in the Moscow District Court under № 205.

The application was submitted on May 4. On May 19, representatives and lawyers from both sides held a conversation, after which the spouses were given more than two weeks to make a final decision. The court hearing is scheduled for June 7.

A spokesman for the oligarch Usmanov’s press service declined to comment. In late February, he entered all the lists for imposing sanctions on Russia’s wealthy and supporters of Putin’s regime, 24 Chasa reports.

He is a co-owner of large metallurgical enterprises – Mikhailovsky (Zheleznogorsk) and Lebedinsky (Gubkin) mining and processing plants in the Kursk region, the metallurgical plant “Uralskaya Stal” (Novotroitsk, Orenburg region), Oskol Electro-metallurgical plant (Belgorod Oskol) , united in the holding company “Metaloinvest” AD. According to the ranking of Forbes magazine in March 2012 with a personal fortune of 18.1 billion USD. USD is ranked 28th in the world and 1st richest in Russia.

We remind you that Wiener, who is also the chairman of the Russian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation, made a sharp statement accusing the judges of the Tokyo Olympics of supporting Bulgaria in the finals of the ensembles.

As it is known, the Golden Girls brought us gold from Tokyo 2020. They won the race with a total score of 92,100 points, while Russia remained in second place with 90,400. The bronze went to Italy with 87,700. Thus, for the first time since Sydney 2000, the Russians were left without a gold medal in the ensembles.

“There was no competition. It took us two points from the beginning. How, why? Without any visible errors. Even the president of the International Gymnastics Federation, Morinari Watanabe, described our performance of Polovtsian Dance as the Bolshoi Theater. Even the great Igor Moiseev (a legendary former Soviet ballet dancer and choreographer) slowed down the music, and we used it in the original. “And how did it end? With such horror,” Wiener told Russian media.

“The combinations of the Bulgarian team were not clean, there were slight mistakes. One tenth is removed for each folded hand. They had 7-8 tenths of such mistakes. Their compositions are not as difficult as ours and the pace was not the same. And our image was presented better! I do not dispute that someone could like the Bulgarian ensemble. Especially their second combination. I can say that their hoops are much better than the balls. And just such balls immediately removed Russia from the accounts with one and a half points. That’s ridiculous! A month and a half ago at the European Championships in Varna, Russia beat Bulgaria, and today in the first rotation they gained a solid lead, although their combination with five balls is much weaker. ”
