A man was fined 2,000 lei by the police after refusing to leave the Gaesti penitentiary on the day he was released.
The man was lying on the asphalt and motorists passing through the area were forced to go around him.
Several people tried to persuade him to leave, but since he did not give up they led him astray by force.
“On 11 October, the police officers of the city of Găesti moved in front of the Găesti penitentiary, where they identified a 39-year-old man, released on that day, who did not want to leave the penitentiary. He was fined in contravention with a fine of 2,000 lei, for non-compliance with the provisions of law no. 61/1991 on public order and peace “, the police inspectorate of Dâmboviţa County reported on Tuesday, according to Agerpres.
