Patrick Starborg thought he was involved in a hidden camera recording when he saw the parcel handling of the PostNord driver. The company is now announcing a review of the incident.

– I had just bought food at McDonalds, and started eating. Then I see the driver throwing in packages, then I picked up the camera and started filming, says Patrick Starborg (36) to VG.
The incident happened in the parking lot outside Coop Extra in Grimstad on Friday. It was Agderposten as first mentioned the case.
At first, the driver threw soft packages into the car, but eventually he also went for the hard packages, according to Starborg.
– When he threw in the hard packages, it slammed and made a lot of noise. I just sat there and almost thought I was in a hidden camera sketch.

– You are shocked when you see packing being handled like this.
Press manager at PostNord Haakon Nikolai Olsen says he became aware of the incident on Saturday night. He is also not impressed with the driver’s parcel handling.
– I had reacted even though it was I who saw someone handle my package like that. We do not want to be aware of such incidents, Olsen says to VG.
He believes the driver should handle the packages far more carefully, and says the company will now investigate the matter.
– We will conduct a full review of the case where we will hear, among other things, what the driver has to say about the case. We take this case seriously.
