New chance of readmission to “Scrapping ter” e “Balance and excerpt“for more than 530 thousand taxpayers who have lapsed due to non-payment, by the deadline of last December 9, of the installments originally due in 2020 and 2021. One interested party out of ten is Roma. At the regional level, Lazio is in first place with 77,719 taxpayers involved, followed by Campania with 65,209 and by Lombardy with 64,752. In fourth place we find Puglia with 39,565 taxpayers, then there are Tuscany (38,542), Sicily (35,793), Emilia Romagna (29,837), Calabria (29,261), Piedmont (28,459), Veneto (27,908), Sardinia (21,883), Liguria (14,200), Marche (13,987), Abruzzo (13,951), Umbria (10,306), Friuli Venezia Giulia (6,849), Basilicata (6,550), Trentino Alto-Adige (3,391), Molise (3,046) and finally Valle D’Aosta with 1,047 taxpayers. Among the cities, Rome is in the lead with 56,236 taxpayers interested in the new opportunity for readmission to the facilitated definition, followed by Naples (33,337), Milan (30,050), Turin (15,757) and Salerno (14,080).
Scrapping, deadlines
The answers to the most frequently asked questions (Faq) on the changes introduced by the conversion law of the “Sostegni-ter” decree just published in the Official Gazette have been published on the Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione website, which contains the readmission for those who had skipped the installments by last December 9th. The provision defined a new calendar, also setting a new deadline to consider timely the payment of the installments due in the year 2022. In particular, the law provides for the possibility of maintaining the benefits of the facilitated definitions if the payment of the installments originally envisaged in the years 2020 and 2021, as well as those expiring in 2022, is carried out by the following dates:
– April 30, 2022 for the installments of “Scrapping-ter” and “Balance and excerpt” originally due in 2020;
– July 31, 2022 for the installments of “Scrapping-ter” and “Balance and excerpt” originally due in 2021;
– November 30 for the “Scrapping-ter” installments scheduled for 2022.
For each deadline it is possible to make the payment by making use of a further 5 days of tolerance granted by law, therefore for the deadline of April 30, also in consideration of holidays, payments made by May 9 will be valid. In case of payments after the deadline or for partial amounts, the benefits of the subsidized measure will cease and the payments already made will be considered as an advance on the sums due.
The payment slips already sent by the Revenue Agency-Collection and referring to the original deadlines of the installments of each year must be used, which can also be requested on the website www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it. It is possible to pay at your bank, at ATMs enabled for Cbill payment services, with your internet banking, at post offices, tobacconists belonging to Banca 5 SpA and through the Sisal and Lottomatica circuits, on the portal www. Agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it and with the Equiclick App through the PagoPa platform. You can also pay directly at the counters but only by appointment to be booked on the website in the section “Find the counter and book”. Finally, it is possible to make the payment by offsetting with non-prescribed, certain, liquid and due trade receivables (so-called certified credits) accrued for administration, supplies, contracts and services to the Public Administration.
