The draw of Lotto of June 22 had a rather unusual outcome: 108 winners have just shared the
jackpot 8 million euros, reports
BFMTV. But even more surprising, these winners do not know each other. They won the jackpot by playing via the “Multichances” offer, an online service launched in 2018 to group grids and optimize their chances of winning.

Available for the Loto draw andEuromillions, the “Multichances” packs allow you to play a larger number of grids, thus multiplying the chances of winning a greater gain than by playing alone. It is up to each one to choose how many shares of the total cost of the grids they wish to participate. It is possible to pool 100 or 600 grids. As soon as a grid is winning, all the participants perceive the gains, but in proportion to the number of shares held, specifies BFMTV.

Gains between 40,684 and 406,847 euros

Regarding the 8 million euro draw on June 22, the 108 winners had chosen a pack of 600 grids consisting of 200 parts. A majority of players (73 winners) only bought one share. They thus received 40,684 euros. Twenty-six took two shares and therefore won 81,369 euros. Seven of them took five shares to pocket 203,423 euros. The biggest winners are four. By taking ten shares, they earn 406,847 them.

It was the first time that the jackpot was won from a “Multichances” pack in France. These packs are not usually acclaimed by Lottery players. There are only 2,450 games taken on average per draw, depending on the site tirage-gagnant.com. This represents 0.08% of the total volume of game takes.
