It has been discussed for several years about the conversion of the Italian brand Fiat to electric cars only. The automaker is still halfway there, for example offering the new 600 in an electric version, but still an internal combustion version. The Days of the Little People Fiat 500 with a “standard” engine. however, they are definitely mounted. On the Czech market, you can choose from the last warehouses (currently a little more than four dozen), after which only the electric fan will be available.

Fiat refers to the latest 500 combustion engine with the word Hybrid, but it is actually a mild-hybrid drive that combines a three-liter FireFly engine with 70 horsepower, a 12V electric motor BSG driven by belt and lithium battery. All this is combined with a manual transmission.

Warehouses are available from CZK 349,900 including VAT, or you can buy the small Italian flagship on an operating lease with monthly installments from CZK 4,999 incl. VAT. Service, full insurance, assistance services and winter tires are included.

A new generation Fiat 500 with “e” suffix. available on the price list from CZK 689,900. But we are talking about the basic version with 95 horsepower and less battery 23.8kWh. According to the WLTP procedure, it can only travel 190 kilometers on a single charge. A more sophisticated solution is also available – 118 horsepower, 42kWh battery, range up to 330 km. But we are already talking about the purchase amount of CZK 779,900.

The neat thing is that you can choose from three body designs – a classic three-door hatchback, a 3+1 version with one additional rear door, or you can go for a Cabrio with a removable cloth top.

In total, 120 500s were sold in the first six months of this year, which makes the model the most popular Fiat on the Czech market. It is ahead with a hundred pieces of Tipo, which, however, does not appear in the current offer of the brand. It is now very limited, apart from the 500 and 600 products, we only get the remaining Panda and the new Doblo. Hot news will come soon, but something tells us that the Czech market will really miss the combustion engine 500 (not only).
