And the Italian news agency (ANSA) reported that a 46-year-old Italian suffering from psychological problems was arrested moments after the attack that took place in the afternoon in Asago, on the outskirts of Milan.
The agency added that the dead man was an employee of the Carrefour store located inside the mall, where the attack took place, noting that 4 people were seriously injured.

According to the first data of the investigation, the attacker seized a knife before attacking several people who were next to him.
In turn, the president of the Lombardy Region, Attilio Fontana, said on Facebook that “a young employee of the shop has unfortunately lost his life”, explaining that the injured “fortunately do not seem to be in danger”.
“Pablo Mari suffered a deep wound in his back and fortunately the wound did not reach his vital organs such as lungs or others”, Adriano Galliani, managing director of Monza, told the Italian media, stressing that “his life is not in danger and we hope for a speedy recovery “.
And the French news agency quoted a source close to the club that the player was taken to hospital and was still conscious and able to speak.
On the other hand, wrote Nadi Arsenal On his Twitter account, “Our thoughts are with Pablo Mari and the other victims of today’s horrific accident in Italy. We contacted Pablo’s agent, who told us he is in hospital and has not been severely damaged.”
“I extend my deepest condolences to the families of the victims and the prayers of the football world to the other injured players, including the Monza player,” Serie A president Lorenzo Cassini said in a statement.
