He Ministry of Production days ago in 21 banks launched the line «LIP SMEs«, To finance productive investment projects with a subsidized rate, to which
a quota of $ 20,000 million. It is about assistance for companies that still suffer the consequences of Covid-19 and to contribute to the productive reactivation and financial inclusion of SMEs and cooperatives, according to the ministry.
The current lines in force are: MSMEs Culture and Tourism MiPyMEs of Banco Nación, whose term was extended until March 31. They are to finance working capital with a 0% rate subsidized by the FONDEP from installments 1 to 12, and 18% from installments 13 to 24, the latter with guarantees of the HOME by 100%.
On the other hand, the Productive Investment line LIP PyMEs: credits with a 25% discount rate (which can reach 22%) to finance projects of up to $ 70 million per company, with a first installment of $ 20,000 million. Available in 21 public and private banks. In addition, direct loans are offered for the reactivation of production. A total of $ 129,658 million and US $ 2.9 million have already been disbursed. With this financing it was possible to assist more than 290 thousand companies, SMEs and cooperatives throughout the country.
The credit line of the National Bank for Productive Investments for MSMEs and large industrial companies: it is available until the end of September 2021. It has a quota per beneficiary of $ 50 million for MSMEs and of $ 250 million for large companies. The term is up to 36 months, with a 6-month grace period, and the rate is 22% for MSMEs and 24% for large companies, in both cases subsidized by FONDEP.
On the other hand, the Global Credit Program It seeks to promote federal financing for the productive reactivation of MSMEs in strategic sectors, with 500 million dollars available through an IDB loan. Of these funds, US $ 407 million of investment are destined to the improvement of financial capacities in the short term, and US $ 90 million, to access to productive financing for economic recovery.
And finally the Plan for Reactivation and Cooperative Development, which incorporates cooperatives as subjects of the proposed credit lines from the Productive Development portfolio with Banco Nación and BICE. It also grants Non-Refundable Contributions (ANR) for up to $ 280 million to cooperatives and recovered companies engaged in productive activities. To this are added the lines of financing for SMEs in the provinces with subsidized rates.
