According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, one person has been arrested after the Russian rocket attack on Kramatorsk on Tuesday.
– Today, employees of the security service in Ukraine, together with the police special forces, arrested a person who coordinated this terrorist attack. Anyone who helps Russian terrorists destroy lives deserves the maximum punishment, Zelensky writes on Telegram.

Twin sisters killed
Eleven people are said to have been killed in the attack – among them three teenagers, two of them twin sisters aged 14. At least 61 people are said to have been injured.
Two rockets are said to have been fired at the Ukrainian city. One hit a downtown restaurant area, while the other struck a village on the outskirts of the city.
Ukraine’s security service says that the arrested man is employed by a gas transport company, and that he is suspected of filming the restaurant and giving Russia information that it was popular, writes NTB.

Near the front
The authorities initially stated that the attack was carried out with Russian S-300 missiles, but later it emerged that short-range missiles of the Iskander type were used.
Kramatorsk has around 160,000 inhabitants and is located close to the front in Eastern Ukraine.
The city has also previously been exposed to Russian attacks.
