With the program, Nova TV follows up on its successful project On the Hunt, which has been broadcasting for a year and a half and you moderate it. How is Superlov different for you?
It is a flipped system of the classic show On the Hunt, where a team of contestants plays against one hunter. Here, one single person, alone, plays against all the hunters. For more money… At first glance, everything seems impossible, even unplayable, but the rules are set in such a way that you can succeed. And so people leave us with winnings, even huge winnings. Moreover, this time it is played in front of an audience. I must therefore say that it is very exciting. It has a big drive.

You are a fan of the British original Superlov. Which topics generally give you the most trouble?
Definitely geography. As soon as I see a question starting with: in which self-governing region…, I switch off. (Laughter)
You can’t even orient yourself on a world map?
I don’t have a problem there, I’ll get the hang of it. I would rather say that I fear geography the most. I probably have the biggest gaps in it.
Sport? On the contrary, I like it very much, I am very good at it, I look at it, I am familiar with it. Or do I seem like a non-sporty type?
We won’t go so far as to be honest, but you look good. I just wouldn’t guess you’re a football lover, for example.

And if you wanted to sign up for Superlov as a participant, what would you have to go through?
The principle is still the same. The same applies as for the program Na lovu. First you need to fill out a questionnaire. If you fill it in as you should, you pass the online test, your path to television is more realistic. Subsequently, someone will contact you for an online interview, they will consider whether you “are not/are up to it” and you will proceed even further. Of course, the goal of the selection is clear: we try to select the contestants in such a way that they can beat the hunters.

Would you go all the way to the studio?
I? As you can see, I took it over the one position that is without a questionnaire. So I’m glad I got into the show here, I won’t even try anywhere else.
Are you still looking at the British model?
Still and happy. Therefore, when the offer to moderate Na lovu came, I didn’t hesitate for a long time, in fact I took it right away. And as I know the British version, a contestant in Superlov can really win. I wouldn’t even care if people didn’t win. I need the hunters to cry too. That’s the nice thing about it.
The audience is a novelty in Superlov. How does it change the tone of the show?
There are three hundred spectators. And honestly, in this context, I wasn’t worried about myself, but about the contestants. I can imagine competing in front of three hundred people is stressful. Fortunately, this was not confirmed. On the contrary, I feel that people are more energized and that the audience energizes them.
I’m assuming you’re pretty busy with these shows too. Another show, Celebrity, of which you are the face, is also coming to Voyo. You will be filming stand-ups. How do you manage everything on time?
Superhunt rules
- In the 1st round, the contestant will be asked 5 questions with options A, B, C. For each correct answer, he will receive 5 thousand crowns. If he answers the first question wrong, it’s over. If he answers all 5 questions correctly, a special challenge awaits him, where he can play for up to one million crowns.
- In Round 2, the contestant has 60 seconds on their timer. The hunters also have the same time, but they present the competitor with an offer of leads and sums that he can play for. The competitor then chooses how many hunters, with what lead and with what amount he will enter the fight. If he chooses to play only for the amount loaded in round 1, he will automatically face two hunters. If he opts for a smaller time lead but bigger wins, he has to contend with more hunters. As the number of hunters grows, so does the amount of money that is being played for.
- As soon as Ondřej Sokol starts asking the contestant a question, his timer starts. When they answer correctly, time stops and the hunters begin to answer. As soon as Ondra starts asking their question, their time starts to run. When they answer correctly, time stops and it’s the contestant’s turn again. And so it goes on and on. If someone does not answer correctly, time will continue to run and Ondřej will ask more questions until the answer is correct. When a competitor’s time runs out before the hunters time, they leave the game without winning. But if the hunters’ time runs out earlier, the contestant wins the amount of money for which the fight was taking place.
