This is a rare sight given that the Saudi leader, known as Prince MBS, and Qatar have engaged in hostilities several years ago.

In 2017, four Arab countries — Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates — blockaded Qatar after Doha was accused of supporting terrorism and being too close to Iran. The allegation of supporting terrorism has been denied by Doha.
In January 2021, the blockade was lifted and hostilities ended. I do not know what agreement was reached to end the hostilities, but the United States (US) was the mediator of peace.
Pose laughing together between Prince Mohammad, Emir Tamim and Tahnoun occurred at a place on the Red Sea. The three had what they called a “fraternity meeting”.
The director of the Saudi Crown Prince’s Private Office, Badr al-Asaker,posting photos of the three officials on his Twitter page.
“The gathering of friendship and brotherhood on the Red Sea brings together Prince Mohammad bin Salman, Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, and UAE National Security Adviser Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed al-Nahyan,” Al Asaker wrote. Gulf News, Saturday (18/9/2021).
