Video of a DoorDash employee who confronted a customer who allegedly falsely claimed she hadn’t received her order has gone viral.

“That b**** Kirsten told DoorDash she never received her food… I had to come back! And what the hell is this?!”, she protests while the delivery is in front of the customer’s door.

The employee then knocks frantically on the door. When Kirsten responds, she seems caught off guard.
“You said you never received your food on DoorDash? They literally gave me a violation on my account because the food was never delivered,” laments the employee.
The confrontation, while against company policy, highlights the frustrations and challenges delivery workers face.
Internet users did not fail to give their interpretation of the incident.
