Chinese telecommunications equipment maker Huawei released a new teaser image and announced that it would unveil its third-generation foldable smartphone ‘Mate X3’ on March 23.
Huawei promotes the ‘Mate X3’ in the teaser image with the phrase “light as wings and hard as a rock”. It is lighter than the previous model and hints at the application of Kunlun glass.
Kunlun glass, which Huawei applied to its flagship Mate 50 last year, is characterized by 10 times better drop resistance than ordinary glass.
In addition, the Mate X3 will be able to send and receive short text messages using the Beidou satellite network and will also support voice messages.
