As reported by the state government, Governor Martín Orozco Sandoval instructed the Aguascalientes Education Institute to ensure that all students entering preschool, primary or secondary school for the first time have space on an educational campus.
The president explained that this process will begin on Monday, February 1 and will remain open until February 15; In addition, he pointed out that he has directed instruction to the Aguascalientes Institute of Education to ensure that each and every student gets a space in an educational campus, for those who will enter preschool, primary or secondary school for the first time.
Raúl Silva Perezchica, general director of the IEA, reported that upon completion of the online enrollment of new students, the campus is assigned according to its proximity to the school of origin. But, in addition, the proximity of the school to the place where the students live is ensured. It is also foreseen the possibility of selecting options to change the assigned campus when a nearby one is preferred, as long as it has available space.
To carry out the procedure, mothers, fathers and guardians must enter here with the Unique Population Registry Code (CURP) of the student. It is not necessary to carry out any other procedure, as that will be enough for them to be automatically registered.
Silva Perezchica stressed that the assignment criteria are to have sisters or brothers who are currently studying at the requested school, as well as the proximity of the school of origin to the requested one. For students who will enter preschool for the first time, lagging and foreign students, the proximity of the school to the home is maintained as a criterion.
For students from private institutions, the criterion of proximity of the requested public campus with the school of origin is established. For all cases, the shift assignment will be random.
Change lists will be published from July 17 at here, as well as at State Government ATMs and at the school where the student concludes the school year.
In support of those who do not have internet access, advice and support will be offered to carry out the online process at the school campus or the closest School Advisory and Accompaniment System (Sisaae).
Students currently in grades 1 and 2 of preschool, 1 to 5 of primary, as well as 1 and 2 of secondary school will be automatically enrolled. And students who do not pass the grade will be enrolled in the same school grade and shift.
