Continuing with the Immunization Plan against COVID 19, starting this Monday, November 1, the Ministry of Public Health of Misiones makes the third additional dose available for people with immunocompromise and for people over 50 years of age and over who have received a primary scheme with inactivated Sinopharm vaccine.
In accordance with the provisions of the National Ministry of Health, in accordance with the recommendation of the National Immunization Commission (CONAIN), on Monday, November 1, the application of the third dose of the coronavirus vaccine will begin.
Those who make up the target population must have a minimum application interval for an additional third dose of 4 weeks from the application of the last dose of the primary regimen.
TARGET POPULATION FOR THIRD ADDITIONAL DOSE
Immunocompromised people, regardless of the primary scheme received (3 years and more):
- Oncological treatment for solid and onco-hematological tumors.
- Solid organ transplant recipients under immunosuppressive treatment.
- Hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients in the past 2 years or on immunosuppressive treatment
- Moderate or severe primary immunodeficiency
- People living with HIV
- Active treatment with high-dose corticosteroids or immunosuppressive medication.
At the time of vaccination, people with immunocompromised They must present a medical prescription.
50-year-olds and more that they have received a primary inactivated virus vaccine scheme. In Argentina they are those who have received the Sinopharm vaccine.
