MAASTRICHT – On Monday, the court in Maastricht sentenced a 42-year-old TBS student to nine months in prison for assaulting three underage girls in Venray. Che Y. had sexually assaulted three girls aged 5, 11 and 13 in Venray during a trial leave on 19 June. He had had thirteen years of treatment by then, and the practitioners thought that an unsupervised probationary leave was possible. The ruling is in accordance with the requirement of the Public Prosecution Service.
