Omroep Flevoland – News – Overview corona measures in Flevoland

Many companies and agencies in our province are taking measures against the corona virus. They did that before it became known that a woman from Zeewolde was infected. Many measures are in line with the RIVM guidelines.

We have listed the measures taken by the Flevoland companies so far. Undoubtedly, we do not know everything and more measures are being taken now that the first infection has reached Flevoland, so tips are always welcome at [email protected].

An overview
– Healthcare provider Zorggroep Almere has posted a poster at all pharmacies, general practitioner posts and healthcare institutions. When people have symptoms of flu and / or fever, they are asked not to enter.

– AAP Foundation in Almere scraps all tours in March. The foundation does not want to take any risks, although it has not yet been demonstrated whether the animals are susceptible to the virus.

– The exchange of the RSG Levant and a school in Denmark is canceled. In that country, as a precaution, a teacher is in quarantine and the virus has been diagnosed with a student’s neighbor. The school says in a statement to parents that it does not want to run any risk.

– Poppodium Corneel and cultural center De Kubus in Lelystad take hygiene measures, as advised by RIVM. There it is not recommended to shake hands and advised to sneeze and cough on the inside of your elbow.

– The Almere School Group, with 40 primary schools and 8 secondary schools, has sent a letter to all parents and guardians. It states that children who have a cough, a cold and a fever must stay at home. This also applies to employees. Furthermore, strict hygiene rules apply and posters with the rules are hung in every classroom.
