First axis: Attention to the causes
Regarding the first axis of the National Security Strategy, García Harfuch has indicated that Sheinbaum’s new cabinet will continue the policy initiated by the government of Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO).
“We will give priority to the most vulnerable families reducing poverty, closing inequality gaps and generating opportunities for young people to have access to a better quality of life. Furthermore, this will allow us to keep them away from crime and the recruitment of criminal groups,” observed the Secretary of Security and Citizen Protection.
Second axis: Consolidation of the National Guard

Main objectives for building lasting peace

- Neutralize generators of violence and criminal networks with attention to areas of high crime incidence.
