AMSTERDAM – Akwasi will not be prosecuted for the inflammatory statement he made on Monday, June 1, during a Black Lives Matter demonstration on Dam Square. Akwasi closed a speech there with the words: “The moment I see a Zwarte Piet in November, I personally kick his face.” Tweets recently surfaced in which Akwasi calls for Sint and Piet to be ‘shot down’ are still under investigation.
