In June 2019, a complaint was filed against Marthijn U., Norbert de J. and Nelson M by lawyer Yme Drost on behalf of the Foundation Fight Against Abuse. This foundation was previously involved in banning the association in 2014.
After that report and reporting from RTL News, the Public Prosecution announced that a criminal investigation would be conducted into the question of whether U., De J. and M. could be prosecuted.
